Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick: Manic

Swatches & Review

Manic is one of the shades that were released with twenty-one other colors from Urban Decay's new Revolution lipsticks. After trying them, I just had to buy some & I ended up with a total of eight! Manic is the second color I tried from the ones I have purchased after Jilted(link), which I have reviewed.

The Urban Decay Revolution lipsticks are packaged in a slim gunmetal packaging, however, it attracts fingerprints.

Manic is described as a soft wine. There is a bit of shimmer when you look at it from the tube.

Applied, it looks like a pink-ish plummy wine on me. The shimmer is not noticeable after applying it, but there is a slight sheen to it when outdoors. This is like a not so very neutral, neutral to me & seems like it would be nice for everyday wear. As for the creamy, badass luxury, this did not disappoint! Manic was very creamy so it applied smoothly and gave full coverage. I did not notice any bleeding/feathering with Manic without any lip liners. It lasted about four hours for me with minimal eating and drinking & it was not too drying either. The only downside is that they are a bit pricey because the size of these are a bit less than an average lipstick at 0.09 oz per lipstick & they retail for $22.

Have you tried any shades from Urban Decay's new line of lipsticks? Which shades do you prefer?

Urban Decay Vice 2 Palette

Preview:

For a few weeks now, I have seen some pictures about the Vice 2 palette and I have been super excited about it because I really like that the last Vice Palette was not as bulky as the previous Book of Shadows palettes. This Holiday, Urban Decay is coming back with Vice 2, which is the second year of them making Vice! The outside of the palette is kind of like a tie-dye look compared to a solid color from the first version. I found a few pictures on instagram, but these two were the best that shows the inside of the palette.

Credits to the Instagram of SephoraMX (Sephora Mexico) & fer_rosas29

From the looks of it, some of the shades seem to be new shades because of the shade names that I was able to make out from the pictures.

The few shade names I was able to get from this are:
Coal, X-Rated, Poison, Derailed, Rewind, Ambush, Betrayal, Stash, Voodoo, Habit, Strike, Dope, Radar, Prank, Smokeout, Toxic & Damaged.

It also seems that this palette, like the Vice Palette does not have much matte shades, which is a bummer because Urban Decay has had amazing matte shades that they have discontinued & it seems like half the shades are also neutral, which is like almost all their palettes now. I would love more color & mattes (maybe Vice 3? I will not give up hope!), but this looks nice enough to grab too! I heard the release for this is not until November, but the date can always change since it is not official yet & for the last few years, their Holiday sets are usually offered around mid to late September.

I have also heard that this Holiday, they may be coming back with their old beloved face palettes. Here's a few images of the face palettes Urban Decay has offered in 2010:

& the ones from 2004:

So far, what do you think about the Vice 2? Does it look pretty enough for you to indulge? & what do you think the return of the face palettes would be? :)

Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick: Jilted

Swatches & Review

Urban Decay recently came out with a new line of lipsticks called the Revolution Lipsticks after about a year of discontinuing their old ones. These lipsticks are supposed to be "creamy, badass luxury" because they are supposed to be super pigmented. I purchased a few of them and the one I was most excited about was Jilted.

The new Urban Decay lipsticks are packaged in a gunmetal packaging. I like it because it looks very slim and sleek, but I hate that it is a fingerprint magnet! I literally have to micro-fiber cloth it after touching it. The lipstick shape is round and not pointed. What I noticed is almost all new lipsticks are now round (Cargo, Too Faced, Stila, etc..), but I wish it was pointed so I would be able to make the lines look sharper when applying. Another thing I noticed is that this is also packaged like Too Faced lipsticks and the new Cargo Essential Lip Color with just a different outer packaging.

Jilted is a deep fuchsia, and when it is upclose, you can see a bit of blue shimmer in it.

Although there are slight blue iridescent shimmer in the lipstick, I did not notice it on the lips much. On the lips, it is a nice bright, but deep fuchsia. Look at how creamy it is!

With bold lips, I wore it with neutral eyes & winged liner.

I am seriously loving these new Urban Decay lipsticks! What I love the most about these is that they are not scented at all & they do not taste like anything, which is hard to come by. Compared to their discontinued lipsticks, the quality of these have definitely improved. Jilted was very creamy and pigmented, I used only one swipe for my lips in all the pictures above and it lasted me about four hours before fading and feeling a bit dry because the creamy feeling wore off. Although it was super pigmented, it also felt light on the lips. I have tried these without a lip liner and they did not bleed/feather, which is great for a bright lipstick. The only downside is that they are a bit pricey because the size of these are a bit less than an average lipstick at 0.09 oz per lipstick & they retail for $22.

What do you think about the new Urban Decay Revolution lipsticks? Have you tried anything from the new line? Are there any colors you might be interested in? :)

Nordstrom Rack Finds

Lorac, Smashbox & Urban Decay

The last few times I went to Nordstrom Rack, they had the same items as when I went at the end of January. Today, I decided to stop by to see if there is anything new & to my surprise, there was!

The items I saw at my local Nordstrom Rack were:
Smashbox Blush Rush Blush in Gingersnap & Bare: $12.97 (retail $24)
Smashbox Cover Shot Spring 2012 collection: $34.97 (retail $60)
Smashbox Studio Pop Eye Palette: $24.97 (retail $49)
Lorac Visual Effects Mascara: $9.97 (retail $20)
Urban Decay Stardust Eyeshadow: $8.97 (retail $20)
Lorac Couture Shine Lip Gloss: $13.97 (retail $28)
Lorac Eye Candy Eye Pencil set: $11.97 (retail $28)
Lorac Sweet Temptations Eyeshadow Collection: $17.97 (retail $36)
Lorac Eye Candy Full Face Collection: $27.97 (retail $59)

I thought the Lorac Sets are an amazing deal. They were recently on Hautelook as well (I'm not surprised it's at Nordstrom Rack since Hautelook is owned by Nordstrom), but I would much rather get it from Nordstrom Rack so I wouldn't have to pay shipping & use my Nordstrom card for it.

What do you think about these sets? :)

Urban Decay: Theodora Palette

Swatches & Review

The two newest palettes released from Urban Decay is based on the new upcoming movie, Oz the Great and Powerful. The two palettes are Theodora and Glinda. Out of the two palettes, I only purchased one since I see myself using the colors in Theodora more.
The two palettes are in Urban Decay's Build Your Own palettes, but for the movie, they have limited edition designs on them.
Each palette consists of 6 full-sized Urban Decay eyeshadows, four of them being single shadows and two being duo-shadows & a travel-sized eyeliner. A lip color is also included in the box, but there is not a slot for it in the palette itself.
The first row consists of three single shades:
Broken: Frosty soft pale beige. The color payoff of this was good. It applied smooth & pigmented.
Beware: Matte medium brown. Swatched, the brown looks very soft. It applied smooth & pigmented.
Bewitch: Slightly frosted dark brown. It applied smooth & pigmented.
The second row consists of one single shade & two duo-shades:
West: Metallic burgundy brown. This looks kind of similar to Bewitch, but this is definitely more red then Bewitch is. It applied smooth & pigmented.
Spell: This eyeshadow has the duo-shades exclusive to the Oz palettes. Half of it is a metallic yellow gold & the other half is like a blackened brown. Both of them have glitter in it and the glitter has slight fall-out. I found these shades to be a bit on the rough side and did not apply as smoothly as the other eyeshadows.
Jealous: This is also a duo-shade, both being green. Half is a pastel green & the other half is a darker green. Both of these have a frosty finish & they applied smoothly.

Overall, I really like how pigmented most of these eyeshadows are (which is all except Spell). The duo-eyeshadows are a good concept because instead of getting 6 shades in a 6-pan build your own palette, you are getting 8 shades! The Theodora palette is more on the neutral side, while the Glinda palette is more on the pastel/light shades side. I still really wish Urban Decay came out with more fun shades since they have been coming out with a lot of neutral shades lately, but the pigmentation on these were fantastic! The design on the palette is nice, but the palette itself is kind of flimsy. It is a bit hard to close the palette because the holes do not align straight with the closure buttons (I don't know what they're called) on the top of the palette, so when closed, it looks kind of crooked. The value on this is amazing! Each eyeshadow itself retails for $18, the palette itself is $18 and the lip pencil is $19, so six full-sized eyeshadows, a travel-sized pencil & a lip pencil for $49 is not bad at all.

You can buy this from Urbandecay.com, Sephora (in-store & online), Ulta (in-store & online), & select Macy's (in-store).

What do you think about these palettes? Do you think you are going to buy these limited edition palettes? Are you Theodora, or are you Glinda? (or maybe both!)

Urban Decay Oz The Great and Powerful palettes

Beauty News:

For the past few weeks, many people have been talking about Urban Decay's new Oz Palettes inspired by the movie coming out in March. The two palettes are focused on the two witches, Glinda and Theodora.
Image from Urbandecay.com

The two palettes are in their own build your own palettes. The Glinda palette consists of more pastel/light colors, and the Theodora consists of more neutral/dark colors. They each retail for $49 and are now available on urbandecay.com (link).

What do you think about these palettes? Are you Theodora or are you Glinda?

Comparison: Revlon Nearly Naked vs. Urban Decay Naked Skin

Foundation Comparison:

About a week ago, I purchased Revlon's Nearly Naked foundation & reviewed it (here). I have been testing it out for a week and I really like the wear of it. It does not have full coverage, but it is very lightweight, which is what I love about Urban Decay's Naked Skin foundation. Today, I purchased the Nearly Naked in Warm Beige since I felt that Medium Beige was a bit light on me without bronzer. Warm beige would be a nice foundation to use without looking pale when I am not using bronzer.
Both Revlon's and Urban Decay's foundation are 1 oz in size. Revlon's bottle is more glass-like, while Urban Decay's is plastic.
From left to right:
Urban Decay 5.0, Revlon Medium Beige, Revlon Warm Beige & Urban Decay 6.0

When it is not blended out, Urban Decay's 5.0 looks exactly like Revlon's Medium Beige. When comparing Warm Beige and 6.0, Warm Beige looks a lot more orange, while 6.0 looks more brown.
When blended out, they all look very similar. I could not capture it on the camera, but 5.0 and Medium Beige definitely look a bit lighter than Warm Beige and 6.0 does. Although Warm Beige looked a bit more orange when it was not blended, it looks very similar to Urban Decay's 6.0 foundation when blended. I blended the foundations over the orange writing on my arm and you can see that it is not full-coverage. However, if you add another layer, there would be a bit more coverage.

Both of these foundations are lightweight, but like I stated many times, they are not full-coverage. I have previously reviewed both of them in the past (Revlon, Urban Decay). I think Revlon's Nearly Naked foundation is a good drugstore alternative to Urban Decay's Naked Skin foundation because they are the same size and both are very similar to each other. Urban Decay's Naked Skin retails for $38, and I purchased my Nearly Naked for $9.99 at Rite Aid. For the Nearly Naked, the price may vary by the location and store because when I went to Target today, they had it for $7.49 instead of $9.99 at Rite Aid's & CVS, but it is still not a bad deal.

The only thing I do not like about Revlon's Nearly Naked foundation is that is does not have a pump or a spatula, you basically have to pour it out, which is quite inconvenient. Urban Decay's Naked Skin has a pump, which makes it easier to know how much product you are getting. I usually use one pump, but with two pumps, you get better coverage. However, Urban Decay's Naked Skin foundation does not have SPF, which is the downside to it and Revlon's Nearly Naked has SPF 20.

What do you think about these? Which would you choose? Have you tried any of the two before?

Throwback Palette: Urban Decay Book of Shadows Vol. II

Swatches & Review

Urban Decay's Book of Shadows Volume II is my all-time favorite palette. It was one of my first few purchases from Urban Decay and the customer service I got from Urban Decay regarding this palette was what made me fall in love with Urban Decay. I remember back in 2009, I ordered this palette online with their current Friends and Family 30% offer, but after I made my order, I received an e-mail notifying me this palette was sold-out and would not be back in stock. I was pretty bummed because it was sold out everywhere! Three weeks after having my cancellation e-mail, I was contacted over the phone by a Urban Decay representative notifying me that the palette was in-stock, but it was very limited so since I have placed an order before, I was able to order it over the phone and they were able to honor 30% off I originally ordered for this palette. The person at that time was super nice and sweet, I wish I remembered his name. Anyway, this palette is no longer sold, but my top three favorite shades from this palette are still sold individually.
Like all the Book of Shadows, this consists of 16 shades. They were all mostly shimmery/metallic. It doesn't look like I used much of it, but believe me, I have used it a lot (I just don't use a lot so I wonder if I'll ever hit pan on anything!)
Perversion: Matte black w/ slight sparkle? This was a permanent shade, but Urban Decay has recently discontinued this and replaced it with Blackout.
Gunmetal: Frosty silver-grey with slight sparkle. This is currently sold individually.
Ecstacy: Medium purple with pink shimmer. This was permanent, but was recently discontinued.
AC/DC: Smoky purple w/ silver sheen. This is currently sold individually.
Nylon: Medium bronze w/ silver glitter. This was exclusive to this set
Sellout: Frosty champagne. This is currently sold individually.
Mushroom: Frosty taupe. This is currently sold individually.
Sphynx: Cotton candy pink with rainbow glitter. This was exclusive to this set.
Half Baked: Metallic light-bronze. This is currently sold individually.
Twice Baked: Satin brown w/ slight gold glitter. This is currently sold individually.
Midnight Cowboy Rides Again: Glittery taupe-champagne. This is currently sold individually.
YDK: Shimmery cool brown-bronze. This is currently sold individually.
Jinx: Bright medium-blue with silver sheen. This was exclusive to this set
Flipside: Turquoise with silver sheen. This was recently discontinued.
Homegrown: Bright green w/ golden sheen. This was exclusive to this set.
Misdemeanor: Dark black-green w/ green glitter. This was exclusive to this set.

It seems that half of the shades in the Book of Shadows 2 are currently shades in Urban Decay's permanent eyeshadow line. The three favorites of mine that are still available individually are AC/DC, Sellout, and Mushroom. Some favorites that are no longer sold is Jinx, Homegrown, and Misdemeanor. All of the shades were very pigmented with the exception of Nylon and Midnight Cowboy Rides Again. Both of those had chunky glitters in them, which made them a bit rough, but the color underneath it is gorgeous! It's been three years since I have had this palette, so it might be time for me to retire it soon, but I do not know if I should throw it away, or just keep it for the heck of it. This book of shadows is the only one that does not have pop-ups, but instead, it has a booklet inside with models wearing the color products from this palette.

Overall, I really really love this palette and the amazing customer service I received from Urban Decay with this palette. I wish Urban Decay would make a palette with discontinued shades and call it the "Throwback" or the "Flashback" palette with shades like Misdemeanor, Homegrown, Jinx, and even other shades not from this palette, such as Sting and Heat.

What is your favorite item from Urban Decay? What is your favorite make-up item in general?

Urban Decay NAKED Basics

Swatches & Review

When I heard about the NAKED Basics over the summer, I was really excited for its release, but when the release date came for it, my excitement fell short because of the shades in the palette. When I went to Sephora this weekend and saw it, I had to buy it because it was so small, cute and was a good value considering it is $27 for 6 full-sized eyeshadows.
First off, I have a bit of a rant. This palette has been advertised as an "all-matte" neutral palette. While it seems like it is all-matte, it is 83% matte (with five out of six shades being matte). The first shade in this palette, Venus, is not a matte finish, it is a satin white. If you compare what they say on their website, it is considered as "6 Nakedly Matte Neutrals," however, when you look at the back of the box, it states, "...features both mattes and satins." Urban Decay should not have advertised this as "all-matte" when it is not, even though almost the whole palette it. You may disagree with me, but this is my opinion.
Image on the right found on Urbandecay.com

Okay, now onto the product
*note: the colors seem a bit washed out because my room is a bit bright right now
The six shades in the palette is: Venus, Foxy, Walk of Shame, Naked 2, Faint, and Crave. It is housed in a tiny compact with a rubbery feeling (kind of like NARS), so it is convenient to take it on the go.
Venus: A pearly creamy white. This was very soft, buttery and pigmented.
Foxy: Yellow-beige matte. This took a few swipes to show up on me. The first two swipes was no visible on my skin so I used about 4 swipes. This would be a nice shade for lighter skin-tones. This is soft, but applied sheer on me.
Walk of Shame: Matte pink-ish beige. This also took a few swipes to show up on my skin. Like Foxy, this applied sheer.
Naked 2: Matte soft-taupe. This was buttery soft and had great pigmentation.
Faint: Warm medium-brown with a matte finish. This kind of reminds me of Secret Service, but this may be a bit lighter. This was soft and was really pigmented.
*note: Faint came with the little scrapping on the bottom of it :(
Crave: Matte black-brown. Crave definitely looks more black than brown. This was rough and applied patchy for me. I heard it was smooth for others, but it just did not work out for me. I tried it with three different primers at different times as well, using Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Insurance & Lorac Behind the Scenes primer.

Overall, the value of this palette is amazing. Each Urban Decay eyeshadow retails for $18 individually, which makes this a $108 value. If you have both the NAKED and NAKED2 palettes, this palette is not necessary since there are similar shades (not dupes) from the other palettes, but these matte shades will compliment the colors in the other palettes very well. I like using mattes with shimmer, which is what I usually do all the time because I do not like too much shimmer on my lids. My three favorite shades from this palette is Venus, Naked 2 & Faint, and I see myself using those the most. All the others ones are nice, but I can definitely do without them since they do not apply on me as well. I like that Urban Decay came out with an "all-matte" palettes (not all 6 are matte), but I was really hoping for a colorful matte because Urban Decay is supposed to be "Feminine, Dangerous, and Fun" and these shades are not really well.. fun. I also still wish Urban Decay named this palette as half-naked, because this is half the size of both their NAKED palettes.

This retails for $27 and is currently sold at urbandecay.com and Sephora stores (they do not have a display out yet,so you might have to ask them to take it out from the back).

What do you think about the NAKED basics? Are you going to get it? Which NAKED palette is your favorite?

Urban Decay Naked Skin Foundation: 6.0

Swatches & Review

A few months ago, Urban Decay came out with their new line of liquid foundation to fit in with their NAKED line. Although I have tried out many foundations, I never actually used much foundation before, so I decided to try their foundation line. I normally do not break out much, but this year was the worst year for my skin. I broke out so much that I have a lot of acne scars on my face, which has never happened to me when I was younger, so this foundation came at the perfect time for me.
Urban Decay describes this as a weightless, ultra definition liquid foundation
There is a wide variety of colors for this foundation. The numbers that end in .0 is for warmer skin tones and the numbers that end in .5 is for cooler skin tones.
When swatched & blended out on my hand, the skin looks a lot smoother.
My face is definitely not perfect. Since the beginning of 2012, I have had really bad acne and it is still continuing and I do not know why it is so bad. When I asked my doctor's they just said there has been a hormone change in my body that triggers the breakouts, but it's weird since it's just not stopping. On the left, you can see that there is redness and acne scars on my skin. On the right, you can see that this foundation balances my skin tone out evenly with no redness. Both of these pictures have been taken under the same lighting.

Overall, I really like this foundation. I have been using it for a few months now and this is definitely my choice of foundation. I only use one pump, which gives me a medium coverage, but you can add an extra pump for full coverage. It feels light on my skin and does not look cake-y at all (like how Bare Escentuals foundations make my skin look). Since it is now winter, I am thinking about picking up one in a lighter shade since 6.0 looking kind of dark on my skin for the weather. The only downside to this for me is the price. It is $38 for 30mL/1 oz of product. That is the same size as most drugstore foundations and 3 times the price.
This retails for $38 and is sold at UrbanDecay.com, Sephora (in-stores and online, Ulta (in-stores and online), & select Macy locations.

What do you think about Urban Decay's NAKED skin foundation? Have you tried it? What is your go-to foundation?

Urban Decay Lip Love Lip Therapy: Stung

Swatches & Review

Urban Decay's Lip Love Lip Therapy is supposed to be a moisturizing lip tint. From the tube, Stung looks like it will be a dark berry shade, but it is definitely not as dark when it is applied to the lips.
When you first squeeze the lip tint out of the tube, it is a gorgeous berry color, but when it is sheered out, the color is not as noticeable.
With the first layer blended out, the tint is not really noticeable. It looks like a clear gloss on my lips, but it builds up a bit with two layers. When applying the third layer, it seems like it would be darker, but after blending it out, it just becomes a tiny bit darker.

Overall, I thought this was okay. I purchased Stung because I thought the tint would be a bit darker like how it is in the tube, but it is not. It is supposed to smell like honey, but it smells more of a floral scent to me and I do not really like the scent, but it tastes a bit sweet on the lips, which I do not mind. This is supposed to make your lips feel softer, but I felt like this was a bit drying after it starts to fade off, and it does not last too long. However, it is not sticky, it feels slippery on the lips like Benefit's Ultra Plush Glosses do. I do not recommend using more than two layers on the lips like how I tried on a third layer because it feels heavy on the lips and the scent is very strong with three layers, but I tested it out to see how the tint looks. This would be nice if the tint was a bit darker and the scent was less strong. This is currently on sale on UrbanDecay.com for $4. If it was not on sale I would not have purchased this, but I think this would work as a gloss to layer on top of lipstick shades.

Want: Urban Decay 30-Shade Eyeshadow Vault

*droooool

In the past, Urban Decay's eyeshadow vaults were only available with their giveaways. Today, I noticed that they have listed their 30-pan eyeshadow vault on Sephora.
Image from Sephora.com

If this came out a week ago, I probably would have purchased this with my VIB 20% off. I really really want this, but I really do not need it considering I already have all the colors from all the palettes that I have collected from them. However, this is a really good deal for those who do not own a lot of Urban Decay, or for those who just want it (like me because it is so pretty & I would love this on my desk). It has all their newer formula of eyeshadows, which retail for $18 each.
Image from Sephora.com

The retail price of this is a bit steep at $270, but it is a good value considering it has 30 eyeshadows bringing each shadow to $9 each, which is 50% off each eyeshadow if you were to get them individually.

The eyeshadows included are:
Cobra
Oil Slick
Loaded
Peace
Psychedelic Sister
Gravity
Gunmetal
Blackout
Mildew
Evidence
Rockstar
AC/DC
Midnight Rodeo
Mushroom
Baked
Flash
Last Call
Woodstock
Midnight Cowboy
Verve
Smog
Stray Dog
Snatch
Fishnet
Virgin
Maui Wowie
Secret Service
Chopper
Freelove
Bordello

From what I know now, it seems that this set is exclusive to Sephora.com.

What do you think about this Vault Set? Are you thinking of buying it?

Haul

So many makeup!

These were most of the packages that came in for me this week. Last week was the VIB sale and my boyfriend purchased a lot of items for me in stores! (most of them are on instagram) & these are the items that I have purchased for myself
From the Sephora VIB Sale, I ordered Draw the Line, bareMineral's Moxie Cool as ice set, Sephora for Izak twin lipstick, and Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetic's Pro's Pick Lip Tar set.
In another order, I ordered lip products from Urban Decay
My ipsy bag came
Today, I went to Nordstrom Rack and purchased Urban Decay's Deluxe Shadow box. It was about $19! Which is a deal since it retails for $38 and I have heard incredible things about their deluxe eyeshadows. I wonder if they're discontinuing some of their older palettes since I have seen the Skull Shadow Box and the Wallpaper Box at Nordstrom Rack's as well. If you're interested in the Deluxe Shadow Box, you should check your local Nordstrom Rack!

Have you hauled anything this week? I love packages! :)

Sephora VIB Weekend & Urban Decay

November 8 - 12

Remember I talked about VIB weekend being in November last month (here)? It is this Thursday! So if you are a VIB, get ready to stock up on items you want & gifts!
I got this from Sephora's e-mail
If you are not a VIB, but know a friend who is, you can definitely ask to see if they have one for you because each VIB has a card to give to one of their friends to use (with a one-time use code). However, the code for VIBs are universal and can be used multiple times within the 5 days, which is CELEBRATE

On another note, Urban Decay is offering free shipping over $25 today only. The code is VOTE. I have also noticed that they have put their deluxe eye-shadows on sale, as well as putting some shades back in stock for their lipsticks!

Simple Look

For a while now, I feel like I love using the colors brown and pink as an eyeshadow. My boyfriend always calls me weird because I am not a big fan of pink, yet I have a bunch of pink things (the keyboard cover for my MacBook is pink as well) lol! Now that the sun is slowly going away for fall & into the winter, I should stop using pink, but I really like this!
Eyes: Urban Decay: Woodstock
Urban Decay: Secret Service
theBalm: Mary Lou-Manizer
Bobbi Brown: Gel Liner
Urban Decay: El Dorado 24/7 Pencil Liner (lower lash)
Face: Urban Decay: NAKED Skin Foundation 6.0
Tarte: Amazonian Clay Blush Achiote
Lips: OCC: Memento Lip Tar

I did not curl my lashes or use mascara because my lashes always goes back to being stick straight after a while so I usually skip that step.

What has been your favorite eye combo lately? :)

Sephora 500-point perk

This morning when I was heading to class, I was going through my e-mails on my phone while I was power-walking (which is not a good thing to do since I kept tripping). After deleting some e-mails, I saw that Sephora is offering a new 500-point perk, which about a week and a half ago was Dior. This time, it is Urban Decay!
Image was attached from a Sephora e-mail
This point perk includes:
One full-sized primer potion in their old packaging
One full-sized eyeliner in Zero
One deluxe-sized sample of their All-Nighter setting spray.

I feel like this would be a good set if you have 500 points in your beauty bank and you do not already have the items, OR if you really love the items. I have about 1800 points and I barely ever get anything from point perks, but I ended up getting the Buxom point perk this past weekend (because I love Buxom lip items). This is just a heads up for anyone interested! :)
